Second Shift Shipping Supervisor Full-time position for 2nd Shift Shipping Supervisor.
Position coordinates, supervises and leads crew of 15 up to 25 employees in the shipment of outbound product.
Includes the checking of multiple part orders to ensure order accuracy, the orderly stacking of product and staging of outbound shipments in accordance with high level of productivity.
Verify required outbound shipment paperwork, ensuring all products are properly counted and free of damage.
Maintain clean, neat and organized work area in accordance with OSHA standards.
Requires excellent communication skills and familiarity with computers/ material handling equipment.
Prior experience in shipping supervision required as well as strong decision making and coaching skills.
