HUBS/MACHINE ASSEMBLY Overview:
Responsible for all operations in Hubs/Machine Assembly Department.
Operate and set up the Hydromat along with Servo Cam, insertion and drill & tap operation as needed.
Complete quality inspections, adjust tool locations as needed and resolve minor equipment malfunctions.
Flexible to run and shift based on vacation and long term absence.
Monitoring all fluid levels, temperatures and pressures Loading bar stock (4-5 per hour @ 30
pounds each Monitor scrap, maintain hoppers and filters Clean and maintain machines and ares of use Tooling adjustments and changes Presetting of tooling Measuring critical characteristics, GAS, SPC and in process inspections Accurate counts, quantities, schedules and paperwork Minor PM's (daily and weekly) preventative maintenance) Experience & Training Requirements:
Vocational school for machining, maintenance, etc.
High School Diploma Beckett Air, Incorporated 37850 Taylor parkway North Ridgeville, Ohio 44039 M-F 9-4.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
