The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for regularly inspecting all facilities, completing necessary repairs and following up with tenants to ensure that their building and unit needs are met.
The successful candidate for this position will have a background in building maintenance and an ability to work well in a team environment.
This is 80% on the Floor and 20% Administrative.
Experience/knowledge in the following areas:
mechanical electrical hydraulics pneumatics PLC's desired MUST BE QUALIFIED IN ALL AREAS FOR $100k SALARY.
Responsibilities:
Train new maintenance workers.
Install equipment.
Work on heavy construction projects.
Use a variety of tools and equipment.
