Position could be full or part-time.
Job Duties:
Supports staff by representing company.
Triages incoming telephone calls.
Schedules patient appointments.
Reviews dictation.
Obtains required documents from other physician offices.
Enters notes in patient records.
Coordinates various aspects of patient's care.
Verifies insurance benefits and communicates benefits to patient.
Discusses payment of patient's balance with patient.
Able to work independently and as part of a team and be creative.
Maintains quality results by following and enforcing Standards.
Skills/Qualification:
Medical Call Center a plus, Office Experience, Medical Insurance, Scheduling, Telephone Skills, Typing, Business Knowledge, Organization, Time Management, Customer Service, Verbal Communication, PC Proficiency, Reporting Skills, Multi-task Training:
