Deliverables:
Deliverable #1:
Liaison between all company departments daily Be a problem solver by assisting customers when they call in to our office.
Greet office visitors and assist them with questions.
Assist Team Leaders and Management with questions about company software, computers and cell phones while maintain a great working relationship with our IT company.
Reply to social media correspondence.
Deliverable #2:
Operations Manage and maintain fuel logs for each department.
Work with our contractors to ensure required registrations and licenses are in place.
Ensure vehicle renewals are complete.
Maintain certificates of compliance Handle daily Account Receivables by generating invoices and applying payments to accounts using industry specific software.
Deliverable #3:
Aid in maintaining Company Culture Coordinate company events.
Update and maintain employee information board.
Assist with training schedules and certification/re-certification.
Answer questions regarding day-to-day operations Preferences and Abilities:

Connect with quickly with people both in person and over the phone or digitally.
