HYDROMAT SECOND SHIFT POSITION Overview:
Learn to run all operations in Hubs.

Complete quality inspections, adjust tool locations as needed and resolve minor equipment malfunctions.
DETAILS:
Responsible for start up, in process and shut down Attending machine while it's in operation Monitoring all fluid levels, temperatures and pressures Loading bar stock (4-5 per hour @30+pounds each) Monitor scrap, maintain hoppers and filters Clean and maintain machines and areas of use Tooling adjustments and changes Presetting of tooling Measuring critical characteristics, GAS, SPC and in process inspections Accurate counts, quantities, schedules and paperwork Minor PM's (daily and weekly preventative maintenance) EXPERIENCE & TRAINING REQUIREMENTS:
Vocational school for machining, maintenance, etc.
